SWEEP Distribution - April and May

Parents and Guardians,

Below are some changes to the SWEEP (weekend food bag) program that will hopefully make it easier for you to access the support that this program provides to your families.

For the Rest of April (Starting 4/14/2020)

• All food bags can be picked up at the Solanco Food Bank (355 Buck Road, Quarryville, PA 17566)

• You may pick up your bag for the week M-F from 1PM to 4PM

• Pull around to the back of the Food Bank building, beep your horn, and pop your trunk.  The food will be brought out to you.

For May

• All food bags for the entire month will be distributed during the 1st week in May to help decrease the number of contacts and transportation concerns that arise

• You can follow the same procedures as listed above to pick up your bags, and you will get 3-4 bags at one time (rather than just 1 bag)

If you are in need of these bags but are unable to make these times work due to transportation or other concerns, please contact me, and I will work with you and the Food Bank to arrange something different.
